Welcome to the Conversation

Hello, everyone, and welcome to the final component of our Quad!

As you peruse our new Conversation section, please keep in mind that we’re still getting our ducks in a row. Unfortunately, our ducks are slow as heck. You’ve probably noticed. But hang tight and check back often as some of our goals come to fruition. This isn’t as much of a disclaimer as it is to let you know that there’s more to look forward to. The final incarnation is yet to come, and we think you’ll like where we’re headed.

You’ll soon see that the Conversation page doesn’t share the basic similarities as the rest of the Quad. There won’t be any articles here. Instead, we’re aiming for a uniquely structured marketplace of ideas, experiences and observations. It’s not a forum. And it’s not a blog [but we’re not too pretentious to pretend that it doesn’t have some similar characteristics]. It’s a place for a few of our key writers—and one new hire, Dr. Fladosch— to informally share what’s on their mind, answer questions, and be available to hash things out with, you, our readers. But here, you’re not an innocent bystander. You’re part of a dialogue. Or, at least, you should be. That’s kind of what you’re here for, we hope.

Eloquence and concise sentences are not mandatory. We’re not going to write theses and neither should you. We just want to talk. I think we can all benefit from a wide-ranging discourse on a host of topics. It has the potential to be enlightening, invigorating and just plain healthy.

To begin, just click on the author quadrant of your choice.
